Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to DVYA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to providing you with pure, organic, and high-quality products. Since we deal in food and perishable items, we follow a strict yet fair Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our facility (whichever is earlier). Once cancelled successfully, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been picked up by our delivery/courier partner, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Returns & Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit.

Tampered with or has a broken seal upon delivery.

Structurally different from what you ordered (Wrong item shipped).

Expired at the time of delivery.

3. Proof of Damage / Wrong Item Required

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged/wrong items, you must provide:

Clear photographs or a short unboxing video showing the damaged product, outer packaging, and the invoice/shipping label.

Your Order ID and registered mobile number.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is received and investigated by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI once you share valid account details with our team.

5. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account or wallet statement again.

Contact your bank or credit card company; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
