At DVYA FOODS, we take pride in the quality of our natural products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
