Jowar atta (sorghum flour)

Jowar atta (sorghum flour) is a naturally gluten-free flour rich in fibre, protein and essential antioxidants. It supports digestion, helps maintain steady energy levels and promotes overall wellbeing. Known for its mild, earthy flavour, jowar atta is perfect for soft rotis and wholesome traditional meals.

Take 2 cups of water and add a pinch of salt (optional). Boil it and gradually mix 2 cups of flour (atta) to create a firm dough. Divide into small portions and gently roll into rotis using dry flour if required. Cook on a pre-heated tawa on medium heat until both sides are evenly cooked. Serve hot with vegetables, dal or curd.
