Bajra atta (pearl millet flour) is a nutrient-rich, gluten-free flour packed with fibre, iron, and essential minerals. It boosts energy, improves digestion, and keeps the body warm. Known for its nutty flavour, bajra atta is perfect for hearty rotis and traditional Indian dishes.

Take 2 cups of water and add a pinch of salt (optional). Boil it and gradually mix 2 cups of flour (atta) to create a firm dough. Divide into small portions and gently roll into rotis using dry flour if required. Cook on a pre-heated tawa on medium heat until both sides are evenly cooked. Serve hot with vegetables, dal or curd.
